marvelous marinara

This past September I picked the last of the tomatoes off of my patio plant, some herbs from other patio plants and introduced them to some carrots, onion, and peppers from a local farm stand.

They danced together for a few hours until they created a marvelous marinara. We had dinner and I froze the rest for night just like tonight. Eating locally in January is an amazing gift.

Today I am thankful for this last stash of the frozen sauce that allowed me to enjoy the fragrance of LOCALLY PRODUCED fresh and marvelous marinara.
